- In my experience, AT&T Paradyne has the best customer service.
- First off they have an (800) number, which I consider quite important
- (prime time phone calls to the states can get pricy). Secondly I don't
- think I've ever been on hold with their tech support for more then 1 or 2
- minutes. And finally when I did talk to tech support they seemed fairly
- knowledgable and helpful. I've also had quite good experience with
- Motorola tech support. Again, an 800 number to call, short hold times,
- and fairly knowledgable staff. Only problem here is that you'll get stuck
- in a voicemail runaround if you're not careful (It's not nearly as bad as
- many voice mail systems I've called mind you). Multitech has very good
- tech support as well from what I've seen, although my experience with them
- is somewhat limited (one call for a new EPROM), and their posts in this
- newsgroup seem fairly accurate (better then most manufactuers who post in
- this newsgroup can say).
